The European Green Digital Coalition welcomes Swisscom as a new member and looks forward to collaborating on the EGDC objectives. Swisscom is a telecommunications provider headquartered in Bern, Switzerland.

Climate action has been part of Swisscom’s sustainability agenda for more than 25 years. Swisscom is taking responsibility for reducing carbon emissions across its value chain and wants to contribute to a low-carbon society.

In 2023, Swisscom reached a milestone with the verification of its 2035 net-zero target by the SBTi. In addition to these efforts, Swisscom is convinced of the role of digital solutions in lowering global carbon emissions

As a member of the EGDC, Swisscom wants to join forces with the ICT industry to accelerate the decarbonisation of other sectors thanks to digital solutions.
