The European Green Digital Coalition co-organised two side events at the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28) in Dubai, focusing on how digital can help us tackle climate change.

The events were held on 1 and 2 December. The first, “Harnessing the potential of green digital solutions”, organised at the EU Pavilion, focused on climate benefits brought about by real-life, deployed digital solutions. The second event, “Quantifying the enabling impact of digital technologies on the climate”, organised at the UN Global Innovation Hub Pavilion, looked at the methodologies of the European Green Digital Coalition (EGDC) in measuring the impact of digital technologies on the environment.
